How does per-patient pricing work?

You only pay for patients actively enrolled in a care program during each billing cycle. If a patient is enrolled for part of the month, we prorate accordingly. There are no fees for inactive or discharged patients.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new features are available immediately. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees for Starter and Professional plans. Enterprise plans may include implementation services depending on your integration requirements, which are quoted separately.

What kind of support is included?

Starter plans include email support with 24-hour response time. Professional plans get priority support with 4-hour response time during business hours. Enterprise plans include a dedicated success manager and phone support.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

Yes, we offer special pricing for FQHCs, non-profit clinics, and community health centers. Contact our sales team to learn more about our healthcare access program.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation for export. We can provide a complete data export in standard formats. After 30 days, data is securely deleted per HIPAA requirements.
